These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of the SPORTL website and mobile application (together, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1. About SPORTL
1.1 SPORTL Ltd (“SPORTL”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates a digital marketplace that enables users to discover and book fitness classes offered by independent third-party gyms and studios (“Gyms”).
1.2 SPORTL does not own, operate, manage, control, or provide fitness classes or facilities. Gyms are independent third parties and are solely responsible for the classes they offer.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform.
2.2 You may only use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Licence
3.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms of Use.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The Platform contains material owned by or licensed to us, including trademarks, trade names, software, content, design, images, graphics, layout, and appearance.
4.2 We own all intellectual property rights in the Platform. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
4.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
5. User Accounts
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity conducted through your account.
5.2 You must ensure all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
5.3 We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms of Use.
6. Bookings
6.1 SPORTL enables pay-as-you-go bookings of fitness classes.
6.2 Prices, availability, class descriptions, and cancellation policies are determined by Gyms, not SPORTL.
6.3 A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
6.4 Class availability is displayed in real time but may change at short notice.
7. Payments
7.1 Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
7.2 SPORTL does not store your full payment card details.
7.3 Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
7.4 In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we may suspend your account while the matter is investigated.
8. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows
8.1 Users may cancel a booked class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class (“Cancellation Window”).
8.2 Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time are not eligible for a refund.
8.3 Failure to attend a booked class, or arrival after the class start time, will be treated as a no-show.

8.5 SPORTL does not guarantee entry to a class in cases of late arrival, this is enforced in accordance with the Gym’s policies.
8.6 SPORTL reserves the right to restrict or suspend user accounts in cases of repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
9. Health & Safety and Assumption of Risk
9.1 Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, or serious harm. By booking a class through SPORTL, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

10. Information Accuracy
10.1 While we aim to ensure information on the Platform is accurate, we do not guarantee that class schedules, instructors, facilities, or descriptions will always be up to date.
10.2 Gyms may cancel or modify classes at short notice. SPORTL is not liable for such changes.
11. User Content
11.1 You are solely responsible for any content you post on the Platform (“User Content”).
11.2 By posting User Content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and communicate that content.
12. Prohibited Conduct
12.1 You must not misuse the Platform, including by:

13. Third-Party Links
13.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control such sites and accept no liability for them.
