Dynamic Pricing is one of SPORTL's most powerful tools for studios — and it's completely optional. Switch it on whenever you like and here's the magic: as a class approaches its start time, the price gradually reduces hour by hour, building momentum and urgency until it reaches a maximum discount of 50% off in the final hour. Rather than a sudden price drop that can feel jarring, this steady countdown naturally attracts deal-savvy users who are browsing last minute — turning spots that would have sat empty into real, paying bookings. You earn revenue you would have otherwise lost, reach new customers who come back and pay full price, and you stay in full control of when Dynamic Pricing is on or off. It's smart, seamless and completely automatic once you enable it.
No. SPORTL only fills spots that you choose to make available. Your existing members, booking systems and class schedules remain completely untouched.
Most studios are live within a few days. Our partnerships team — led by Sean — handles everything. You'll be onboarded, set up and receiving bookings fast.
No contracts, ever. You can pause or stop using SPORTL at any time with no penalties. We believe the platform should earn your loyalty, not lock you in.
You have full control. Choose exactly which classes, time slots and number of spots to open up on SPORTL. You can adjust this at any time through your studio dashboard.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You receive 80% of each booking value, paid out on a regular schedule. No chasing invoices, no delays.
Customers can cancel up to 12 hours before a class for a refund. Cancellations inside 12 hours and no-shows are non-refundable — so you're protected. Repeat offenders are flagged on the platform.
